Hana graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana. She is currently completing her master’s degree in banking and financial management at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. During her law studies, she spent a year abroad at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance in Utrecht, the Netherlands, as part of the Erasmus program. She also participated in the Pax Moot Court competition on international private law.
She gained work experience primarily in the fields of commercial and labor law, and public procurement law.
In her practice, Hana primarily advises Slovenian and foreign clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions of companies, as well as in the field of corporate law.
She speaks Slovenian, English, Serbian and Croatian.
