Sandra graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana, where she achieved excellent results and participated in several moot court competitions and other extracurricular activities. After completing her studies, she began gaining experience in court and at law firms, with a focus on commercial and civil matters. As a junior associate, and later as a senior associate, she worked at two law firms and gained experience in various areas of law, particularly real estate and construction law. She also has experience representing clients in civil disputes.
She now practices law primarily in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring and compliance issues. Based on many years of practical experience, she assists clients in transactions, group reorganizations, insolvency proceedings, and compliance reviews. When advising clients, she strives to find functional and effective solutions that are clearly presented and easy to apply in practice.
Clients appreciate her responsiveness and practical judgment, as she provides them with clear, concise information and tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
